Welcome to the Finance Department. We are responsible for both the support and expertise that create the conditions for Svenska kraftnät to fulfill its mission and achieve its goals. Within the Finance department, there are functions that work with governance, monitoring, coordination, accounting, business development, and support.

About the position

As an Application Specialist, you will, together with the management group for Unit4 ERP, be a key player in the system management and development of the financial system Unit4 ERP. Your main focus will be to support the financial processes and the purchasing process.

We currently work according to the management model PM3, and you will work closely with the business side and the users of the system, where you will receive user needs, translate them into requirements, and realize them in the financial system. A functional financial system that meets the organization's and users' needs is crucial for the agency's financial governance and monitoring. You will have significant responsibility for the management and development of Unit4 ERP.

You will participate in planning and drive the development work together with the management group and the business from a holistic perspective. Furthermore, you will also participate in internal business projects where dependencies on Unit4 ERP exist.

Since Unit4 ERP supports the entire organization, you will have many points of contact with other departments within Svenska kraftnät. In your role, you will follow up on the quality and use of delivered solutions, both from the internal IT department and external suppliers. You will have close dialogue and collaboration with these parties regarding operational issues.

The position is located in the Finance Accounting unit, which is responsible for legal accounting and reporting, the financial administrative processes, and has system responsibility for several systems that support the operations. The unit is growing and currently consists of 22 employees and a unit manager.

A degree such as a Master of Business Administration with IT skills, a degree in IT with an economic focus, or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way.

Furthermore, you have:

• Good understanding of financial processes and how they can be implemented and realized in system processes.
• At least five years of work experience in a relevant field.
• At least five years of experience as an application specialist, including 2 years in Unit4 ERP.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

Meritorious:

• At least 5 years as an application specialist in Unit4 ERP.
• Experience working with cloud-based financial systems.
• Experience leading or participating in projects.
• Experience in development or work with SQL programming or equivalent code.

• The position is located in Sundbyberg.
• Remote work up to 50% if the work allows.
• Travel does not occur in this position.
